Specialized instruction presents the requirements of High Pressure Seminar taught concurrently with the Low Pressure Seminar.
Registration Form
- Print from any browser, fill by hand and mail in. OR
- Fill out form, save & email from your computer. This option requires Adobe® Reader® to fill out the form electronically (if not installed on your computer, click to download) or for iPhone or iPad download from the App Store.
- To access the form to fill out, use one of the following:
- Microsoft Edge (Win 10/11) Click the " ... " in the upper right corner, then Extensions/Manage Extensions/install Adobe, then Adobe Acrobat[On].
- Use Internet Explorer. It does allow filling out pdf forms. In Microsoft Edge click the " … " in the upper right corner & select "more tools > open with Internet Explorer". Then fill out the form & save as.
- Use Chrome. Click the " ⁝ " in the upper right corner, then Tools/Extensions/Adobe Acrobat[On]. When selecting "Registration" Chrome will then give you an option window: select open in Adobe. Fill out the form & save as.
- For iPad or iPhone, after clicking "Registration" select the icon (up arrow in the box) and then select open in Adobe. Fill out the form & follow the share instructions for iPhone/iPad.
